Are you feeling unloved in your relationship? Misunderstood by your spouse? Hopeless that nothing you can do will fix your struggles? Do you feel like life is completely out of control? You are not alone. Though it may seem like your friends, coworkers, family members (and counselors!) have it all together, the truth is that they too are going through difficult circumstances.
It is so easy to put on the facade that everything is fine. In fact, it may be something that you learned to do a long time ago. But you don’t have to pretend anymore. As an associate marriage and family therapist, I am here to say that it is okay to ask for help. I am here to step with you into the pain that you are experiencing. To be a non-judgmental third party; a safe place while we navigate toward a life that you feel has hope, purpose and authenticity.
I have had extensive experience and training working with marriages and couples dealing with relationship issues ranging from infidelity, divorce, jealousy, lack of communication, lack of intimacy, parenting disagreements and serious illnesses. I also have experience dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, self-esteem, peer-relationships, family conflict and premarital counseling. These are all challenging issues, but they don’t have to rule your life.
Whether you are an individual, couple or family, I am committed to work with you in healing the pain you are experiencing and resolving the patterns and cycles in your life that are robbing you of the hope and joy that you deserve. Together we can tackle your difficulties so that you can live the life you want to live. It doesn’t mean the work will be easy but it most certainly will be worth it.
It would be an honor and a privilege to work with you. Please contact our office to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation prior to making your first appointment. I look forward to taking this journey with you. Contact me here.
