Life is full of joys and trials, ups and downs. Everyday has complex issues to navigate through and it can become overwhelming, at times. Where do we start, and how do we make changes when we are struggling each day to keep up? It can be difficult to ask for help, or to determine when it’s time to make a change. Deciding to start counseling can be daunting, so if you are looking into starting that process, you should feel great about taking that first step.
I have had the privilege of working as a Marriage and Family Therapist for the past 15 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. I received my Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Biola University and my Master’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University. I enjoy working with all ages as well as with individuals, couples and families. Treatment is focused on the unique aspects of each individual, considering values, cultural identity, spiritual beliefs, physical well being and life experiences that make up a whole person.
You are valuable and you deserve to be supported. I am committed to meeting you where you are at, and helping you get to where you want to go. I find joy in offering support as you work toward healing and restoration. It is important for you to understand your own value and to believe you can grow. New clients will always get quicker answers by calling our office at 909-255-1250 and speaking to one of our client ambassadors.
Heather uses an outside scheduler called Simple Practice. Her appointment schedule can be found HERE. Once you have talked to our office staff and connected with Heather, you can request and cancel your own appointments on her schedule.
Regularly making appointments with Simple Practice is most easily accomplished using the iOS app for Simple Practice (there is currently no Android app available, but a web browser can be used). If needed, there is an Appointment Help link at the bottom of this page.
