Are you struggling through day-to-day life? Are you feeling that there is no hope? Asking for help takes courage, and you have taken the first step towards feeling like yourself again. I provide a supportive and accepting environment that allows you the freedom to express your feelings and a place to feel safe and comfortable.

As a wife and mother, I know that life can sometimes be a struggle. I know what it's like to hurt and to be hurt. I also know what it's like to wonder if you are a "good enough" parent. I can help you work through this and make sense of it all.

I have been married for 33 years and understand the joys and the challenges of marriage. I also know there is hope for your marriage. As an advocate for marriage, I can help you through the ups and downs that we all face as couples.

As a devoted military wife, I am intimately familiar with the military lifestyle, which has given me many opportunities to travel the world and interact with other cultures. Through the years, I have had the privilege to work with individuals, couples, families and children. It is this experience, coupled with my years of training that can help you as we work together through your challenges. I have been there, and I want to walk alongside you on your journey.

I truly care about people and their challenges. I believe that relationships are worth fighting for, and I would welcome the opportunity to help you through these challenging times. It is my goal to validate and encourage individuals, couples and families that are struggling with anxiety, anger issues, codependence, depression, marriage or family conflicts, and stress, to help them find the comfort and support they may not have.

Please do not hesitate to seek help. Let me provide a safe place for you to come, with empathy and understanding, and no judgment. Let’s walk through this time together and find the peace and joy you once experienced.

Please contact me for a free 20 minute phone consultation prior to making your first appointment. I look forward to taking this journey with you. Contact me here.

Sincerely,
jolene-sig
