Making the decision to go to counseling can be one of the most difficult decisions a person ever has to make. If you have ever thought about going to counseling but are not sure if it is for you, you are in the right place because you have found people who understand what you are going through. You have also found a team of people who can help you on your journey to get through this thing that is currently challenging you.

Have you experienced the loss of a loved one? Perhaps the loss of a relationship? Do you feel like life is spiraling out of control and it seems like there is nothing you can do about it? Let us work together to figure out a better way to live. No one should have to live like that. Let me help.

Everything you have experienced up until this point has helped shape you into the person you are… every thought, every belief, every act, and every experience. Perhaps some of those experiences have been less than desirable and you feel anger, resentment, sadness, or pain because of them. Perhaps you feel stuck or lost in your current circumstances and need help finding a way out of the storm. These feelings, while unpleasant and sometimes debilitating, are normal and valid.

I will offer a safe place to talk about your feelings and experiences in an open, nonjudgmental, accepting setting. I will walk alongside you as you challenge those negative thoughts and beliefs that can leave you feeling lost and alone. Whether you are dealing with issues of infidelity, insecurities, sexual trauma, grief, or loss, let me help bear the burden and lighten your load. We are in this together.

By the way, you have already taken the first step to getting some help and making your life better. Well done.

Please contact me for a free 20 minute phone consultation prior to making your first appointment. I look forward to taking this journey with you. Contact me here.

Sincerely,
meaghan-sig
