Maybe you are searching for meaning in your life or you have certain expectations for yourself and feel disappointed that you are not where you “should be.” No matter what it is, I am here for you because I care and you matter. Without a doubt, you deserve to be happy and you truly are worthy. I know it can be difficult to get through the pain of difficult times, but I have seen the strength that can develop through the pain. If you allow me, I can show you how to grow from those painful emotions and experiences. I have a passion to instill hope and support you in re-creating yourself, in embracing life experiences, and in honoring your values.

Through my own experiences, I have learned to sit with my insecurities, feelings of uncertainty, and overall vulnerabilities which has made me comfortable to support others during their own challenging times. I realized you are seeking help in a vulnerable state which is why I take a gentle approach and ensure to establish a safe atmosphere where you can explore, empower, reflect, and overall transform in your healing process. My purpose is to support you in your journey.

When it comes to relationships, whether it is the relationship with yourself, your significant other, or your family, they all require care and effort. I care about your desires to enhance these relationships and I will work diligently alongside you to ensure you reach your goals and overall purpose.

Some of my experiences include: anxiety, depression, addiction, marital distress, trauma, foster care, career transitioning distress, grief, terminal illness distress, and bereavement. In addition, I have experience working with culturally diverse individuals. I respectfully approach individuals through a curiosity lens empowering each person I encounter for their unique self.

You are not alone on your journey!

Please contact our office to set up a free 20-minute phone consultation prior to making your first appointment. I look forward to speaking with you soon. Contact me here.

Sincerely,
nathaly-sig
