Hi, I’m Dustin

I am a trained clinician for Neurofeedback.  I first learned about Neurofeedback when I was desperately looking for relief from anxiety, panic attacks and severe insomnia that kept me awake for days at a time. I experienced around 20 sessions of Neurofeedback which cleared the cycle of my insomnia and calmed my nervous system. Even after the first couple of sessions, my anxiety dramatically lessened and sleep improved immensely.  I am now passionate about helping others get “unstuck” with this amazing tool.

My approach in this modality is to gently and effectively calm parts of the brain to get “unstuck,” and perform more optimally through Neurofeedback, a safe, personalized approach to mental wellness.  It all has to do with training the brain for self-regulation. By using sensors to monitor brainwaves, Neurofeedback allows the brain to see how it’s working, almost like watching itself in a mirror. With this feedback, the brain learns to adjust and improve its own rhythms and timing, which can calm parts of the brain and help it work better over time as new neural pathways are formed. This process is gradual and helps strengthen the brain's ability to self-regulate.

I serve groups of all ages and all walks of life, Neurofeedback can serve a wide range of populations and is particularly effective for individuals experiencing challenges in mental health, cognitive function, and emotional regulation.
